Day 1
We travel to Llandudno via a stop in Chester, where at this magical time of year you’ll find the Christmas market located in front of the magnificent cathedral - cosy wooden stalls line the square, and the cathedral itself hosts a Christmas Tree festival with over 90 decorated trees on display. We continue to our Llandudno hotel late afternoon for an includeed themed program of festive fun and fayre during our 4 night stay.
Day 2
After breakfast, we take you for a drive through the winter wonderland scenery of Snowdonia National Park. We visit the alpine-esque village of Betws-y-Coed, set in a beautful valley surrounded by dense woodland, hence it is often referred to a 'Little Switzerland!' From here we continue through Blaenau Ffstiniog and dropping down into pretty Porthmadog where we have a little free time before we continue our scenic circular tour in the shadows of the mighty Snowdon via the stunning Llanberis pass, back to Llandudno.
Day 3
Enjoy a full day at leisure to enjoy Llandudno during the festive season. Nestled between the headlands of Great and Little Orme the resort hosts a variety of traditional holiday attractions.
Day 4
Enjoy today at leisure in Llandudno or join us for an OPTIONAL full day excursion to the Isle of Angelsey. We visit the towns of Beaumaris and Caernarfon, along with a photo stop at the station of llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, famed for having the longest train station name in the world. We also have time at James Pringle shopping outlet for the opportunity to pick up a few stocking fillers.
Day 5
We return home via a stop at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet for a spot of festive bargain shopping.
