We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced PCV Technician to join our friendly, fast-paced engineering team at our modern, purpose-built facility. This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, offering a great work-life balance.
About the Role
Our fleet is central to delivering a high-quality service, and youll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles remain safe, reliable, and presented to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out vehicle inspections and preparing vehicles for MOT
Performing routine servicing and preventative maintenance across the fleet
Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment and carrying out effective repairs
Completing defect rectification work to a high standard
Accurately completing all required documentation and records
Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in line with health and safety requirements
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Were looking for someone who is:
Qualified to a recognised standard (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), or able to demonstrate strong industry experience
Knowledgeable in DVSA regulations and compliance standards
In possession of a full UK driving licence
A proactive team player who can also work independently
Experienced in working on a wide range of coach and PSV vehicles
We will support ongoing training, including IRTEC accreditation.
