Our typical shop opening hours are 09:00 - 17.30 (Monday - Friday), 9.00am - 5.30pm (Saturday), and closed on Sunday.

Cancellations

We require all cancellations in writing, the easiest way to do this is by emailing our cancellations team on cancellations@skills.co.uk.

Please include your name, departure date, booking reference and a brief message.

Lost Property

If you have lost an item whilst travelling with us, please contact our dedicated Lost Property helpline on 0115 9777 418. Lost Property is available Monday to Friday, between 9am & 4pm only.
