Day 1
We travel to our hotel in Eastbourne, with leisurely stops on the way.
DDay 2
We travel to Beachy Head, famous for its spectacular white cliffs and dramatic coastline. After a photo opportunity, we head to the famous seaside city of Brighton. Boasting a wealth of attractions from the exotic Royal Pavilion to the i360 observation tower, why not take the opportunity to visit Brighton Palace Pier or the Sea Life Centre, the world's oldest aquarium?
B, DDay 3
With our hotel overlooking the seafront, you're just a short walk away from the best of Eastbourne. The flower-laden promenade, bandstand and pier are on your doorstep, whilst other highlights include the Lifeboat Museum and the Winter Gardens are close to hand. If you want to explore more, why not jump aboard Eastbourne's Miniature Steam Railway or an open-top bus to view the town and seafront (not included)?
B, DDay 4
This morning, we visit Borde Hill Gardens, where you can enjoy exploring this stunningly beautiful and botanically rich heritage garden in the heart of Sussex. Later, it's all aboard the Bluebell Line Railway to revisit the romantic age of Steam. Home to one of the finest collections of vintage steam locomotives from British Railways alongside which you'll find a fantastic museum and shop.
B, DDay 5
After a lovely week, we trace our footsteps back to the East Midlands.
