Day 1
We depart for a ferry crossing across the English Channel to the continent and onto our overnight hotel.
Day 2
We continue our journey through Germany and over the Czech border for a visit to Mariánské Lázne, a charming spa town embraced by the dense, cooling forests of Bohemia and boasting forty natural springs. After a chance to stroll the alluring streets and spa parks, we continue our journey to the enchanting city of Prague, the 'City of a Hundred Spires', where we stay for the next two nights.
B, DDay 3
After breakfast, we embark on a full day of exploring the rich history, architectural beauty and fairytale charm of Prague. We enjoy a guided city tour, taking in splendid views across the Vltava River, and admiring highlights such as the Astronomical Clock, which sets in motion the procession of the Twelve Apostles every hour, the Old Town Square with its vibrant atmosphere and the iconic Charles Bridge. After free time for lunch in the charming city centre, why not enjoy some souvenir shopping in the city's cobbled streets, before we head to the Castle District, where you can explore the majestic Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral and Golden Lane.
B, DDay 4
Today, we travel from Prague to Budapest, with a stop along the way in Brno at a local beer brewery, where we learn about the brewing process and enjoy a beer tasting. Afterwards, we continue our journey into Hungary to Budapest, where we stay for two nights.
B, DDay 5
We uncover the highlights of the Hungarian capital of Budapest, one of Europe's most stunning cities, with a guided tour. You'll explore both sides of the city, named Buda and Pest, which the majestic River Danube separates. After lunch, we ascend the funicular railway to the Castle District, offering panoramic views of the river, the famous Chain Bridge and the magnificent Parliament building. Later, we experience a unique local tradition at the Unicum Experience, delving into the history and taste of Hungary's iconic herbal liqueur. This evening, join us for an optional evening sightseeing boat cruise on the Danube, offering unique views of Budapest's landmarks, including the Hungarian Parliament, Buda Castle and the Chain Bridge, as they transform under the twinkling lights.
B, DDay 6
We depart Budapest and travel over the Slovakian border to Bratislava, the country's capital, nicknamed the 'Little Big City' due to its compact size. We enjoy a guided tour, strolling through the old town's medieval squares, streets, palaces, and churches. After our visit, we travel to Vienna, where upon arrival, we settle into our hotel for the evening at a traditional wine tavern and an authentic Austrian Heurigen dinner.
B, DDay 7
Experience the imperial charm of Vienna, one of Europe's most fascinating cities, where today's guided city tour will take us through the elegant Austrian capital to discover the historic palaces and majestic Imperial Boulevard, known as the Ringstrasse. After free time for lunch, why not indulge in a slice of famous Sachertorte, a delicious Viennese chocolate cake, before our afternoon excursion to Schönbrunn Palace? Enjoy a grand tour of this lavish former residence of Austrian royalty, which dates back to the end of the seventeenth century and is today a UNESCO World Heritage site.

We begin our journey home with an overnight stop this evening.

We continue our journey by road and ferry, before later arriving home.
