Day 4

Nestled in Spain's Galician region, we arrive in Vigo this morning. Home to a historic Old Town and stunning waterfront, you'll explore medieval streets and discover Castro Fortress while savouring the delights of fresh seafood and other Spanish delicacies. The Cies Islands are also just a short boat ride away for those looking for pristine beaches. An optional excursion will be available today, where you can visit the famous pilgrimage destination of Santiago de Compostela, the alleged burial site of the Biblical apostle St. James, whose remains reputedly lie within this legendary cathedral.

B, L, D

Day 5

With another relaxing day at sea, you'll be able to do as much or as little as you like onboard Ambassador Ambition.

B, L, D

Day 6

Today, we visit Casablanca, Morocco's modern metropolis, which combines the traditional and the contemporary. Eclectic architecture and vibrant city markets offer a rich cultural tapestry against the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean. A visit to the Hassan II Mosque, Africa's second largest mosque, is highly recommended and worth a visit. Today, there will also be an optional excursion to the fascinating former imperial city of Marrakesh, with its medieval ramparts, maze-like medina and lavish bazaars.

B, L, D

Day 7

Enjoy another day relishing life on the ocean wave as we travel towards the Canary Islands tomorrow.

B, L, D

Day 8

Today's destination is Arrecife, found on Lanzarote; it beckons with sunny charm and is set amidst volcanic Canary Island landscapes. Winding streets, whitewashed buildings, and azure waters create a serene atmosphere for exploration and relaxation.

B, L, D

Day 9

Home to the Parliament of the Canary Islands, Santa Cruz de Tenerife is today's port of call. Boasting architectural marvels like the Auditorio de Tenerife and the more classical Plaza de Espana, the city is widely known for its famous beaches and year-round public festivals.

B, L, D

Day 10

Santa Cruz de la Palma, known as La Isla Bonita (the beautiful island), was built atop an old lava flow from a volcano just south of the city. During our visit to the capital city of the island of La Palma, one of the lesser-known islands, we invite you to take in its leisurely pace of life, eclectic colonial-era buildings and serene natural beauty overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, which locals claim is sun-blessed every day of the year.

B, L, D

Day 11

Geologically dramatic and bursting with exotic colours, Madeira is known for its namesake wine, year-round warm climate and is often referred to as the 'Hawaii of the Atlantic'. The island capital of Funchal dazzles visitors with panoramic viewpoints and a subtropical allure. While you're here, embrace the city's cultural richness and explore Portuguese flair, narrow streets, sleepy squares and pristine natural beauty with sweeping views of the mighty Atlantic Ocean always available.
