Day 1

We travel to Scotland, stopping in Moffat, a vibrant town with a rich Scottish heritage. Afterwards, we arrive at our hotel. After settling into your room, tea and coffee will be served before our evening meal and entertainment in the ballroom.

Day 2

After breakfast, we visit Callender, the original setting for 'Dr Findlay's Casebook', via the banks of Loch Achray and Loch Venachar. We continue for an afternoon visit to the historic city of Stirling with it's medieval castle and multitude of shopping opportunities. Back at the hotel later the Hogmanay celebrations get under way with a sumptuous dinner served in the Ballroom followed by an evening of live entertainment. As the Bells Chime enjoy a wee dram to herald the start of the New Year.

Day 3

After starting your day with a traditional Scottish breakfast and Buck's Fizz, why not take a refreshing stroll into the village of Aberfoyle? Located on the banks of the River Forth in the magnificent Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, this charming village has an attractive main street, well served with individual shops, cafés, and restaurants. We enjoy a scenic drive around Loch Lomond this afternoon before this evening's New Year's Day dinner with dancing and entertainment.

Day 4

After checking out, we travel to famous Gretna Green before heading home to the East Midlands.
