A Very Merry Christmas in Pitlochry

CHRISTMAS EVE

The Queen’s View in Highland Perthshire overlooks Loch Tummel. Surrounded by part of the Tay Forest Park, luscious woodland and simply majestic views, it is one of the most photographed areas in Scotland! We return to the hotel’s warmth for a delicious festive cream tea and, later, our evening meal and entertainment. Tonight, there will be the opportunity to attend midnight mass, and for those wishing to go along, warming mulled wine and mince pies will be waiting for you on your return.

CHRISTMAS DAY

Celebrate Christmas Day in the warmth and comfort of our charming hotel. After a delicious breakfast, why not enjoy a stroll through the hotel’s award-winning gardens or explore Pitlochry for yourselves? During our day, a traditional lunch will be served along with a visit from Father Christmas. This evening, enjoy a buffet dinner and an evening of fun and festive entertainment.

BOXING DAY

Surrounded by mountains, Braemar is a delightful village in the heart of the outstanding Cairngorms National Park. Renowned for two castles and its traditional highland games – known as the Braemar Gathering – this idyllic village is one of the prettiest in Scotland. We also enjoy a brief stop in Crathie, whose little church is regularly attended by the Royal Family when staying nearby Balmoral Castle. As our day ends, we return to our hotel for another evening of fine food and entertainment.
