Day 1

After our departures, we travel north with a stop in York enroute. Explore this historic city before we continue to our hotel, where tea and mince pies will be waiting and, after dinner, we will have a Christmas Quiz later this evening.

Christmas Eve

Wrap up warm today as we enjoy a Christmas Eve visit to delightful Durham, crowned by the dramatic Cathedral. After some free time here, we return to our hotel for hot drinks and festive treats before this evening's dinner, followed by sing-a-long entertainment.

For anyone wishing to arrange their own transport to attend midnight mass, a warm drink will be waiting for you on your return.

Christmas Day

Celebrate Christmas Day in the warmth and comfort of our hotel, surrounded by friends, old and new. A glass of Buck's Fizz or sparkling wine will accompany a traditional Christmas Day lunch. The King's Speech will be accompanied by tea and cake before we round off the day with this evening's festive buffet dinner and a quiz of the year.

Boxing Day

Shop until you drop this Boxing Day as we visit bustling Newcastle, home to both independent and beloved shopping establishments, to grab your next bargain buy. We'll also take our seats for a matinee performance for a local pantomime this afternoon before returning to our hotel for our farewell dinner and final evening of entertainment.
