Day 1
After departures, we travel north towards the Scottish border, where we enjoy a stop in the market town of Moffat. After some free time to explore, we continue the journey to our Fort William hotel.
Day 2
Today, we head towards the legendary Loch Ness for a cruise on its mysterious waters. Arriving in Clansman Harbour, you will board our Jacobite Cruise and venture over the deepest point of this storied Loch. Later this afternoon, we visit nearby Inverness, a compact, cosmopolitan city with a lot of heart and all the wonders of the Highlands on its doorstep.
B, DDay 3
We begin our day with a brief photo stop at the iconic Eilean Donan Castle, one of the most celebrated sights in Scotland. From here, we cross 'over the sea to Isle of Skye', continuing to the colourful harbour town of Portree. After free time in the island's capital, we head south to Armadale to board the ferry back to the mainlaind. Finally, we drive via the famous 'Road to the Isles' with a stop at the famous Glenfinnan Monument and Viaduct for another quick photo opportunity.
B, DDay 4
Starting in Fort William, we join the world-famous Jacobite Steam Railway for the journey to Mallaig. Described as one of the 'Greatest Railway Journeys in the World', this section of the West Highland Line crosses the mighty Glenfinnan Viaduct, made famous in the Harry Potter films. On arrival in Mallaig, a busy fishing port home to many shops, bars, restaurants and fish and chips! After some free time, we make the return journey to Fort William.
B, DDay 5
We begin the drive south, enjoying a stop at Gretna Green, before crossing back over the border and returning home.

With dramatic mountain views and a stunning loch-side setting, this family-run hotel offers attractive, beautiful gardens and individually decorated ensuite bedrooms, each unique. Some rooms have panoramic views over the gardens to Loch Linnhe and the stunning scenery beyond. All rooms have satellite TV, radio, telephones, tea/coffee-making facilities and hairdryers.
Please note that this hotel does not have a lift. There are approximately twenty steps to the first-floor bedrooms.
