Excursion to Haarlem Christmas Market

DAY 1

We travel to Newcastle, where we will board our DFDS cruise ferry. After settling into your cabin, enjoy the various facilities and entertainment on board as we sail into the night.

DAY 2

This morning we travel to the beautiful city of Haarlem for free time. Voted as one of the best shopping cities in the Netherlands, Haarlem is the perfect place to pick up a stocking filler or two! Your first stop should be the city's 'Gouden Straatjes' (streets of gold), where you'll find everything from independent boutiques to big brands. Afterwards, follow the traditional, festive music as it guides you towards the Christmas Market which features around 300 twinkling chalets offering artisan foods, handcrafted gifts, artwork and decorations. After some free time, we return to our cruise ferry for another evening of entertainment.

DAY 3

We retrace our footsteps back home, on board our comfortable coach.
