Free time in Kamp-Bornhofen

Day 1

With comfort stops along the way, we travel to our popular hotel in Kamp Bornhofen, one of the most beautiful areas in Germany. A warm welcome awaits from our hosts on arrival, as we enjoy complimentary Schnapps!

Day 2

Today, we visit Cochem and Koblenz - two of Germany's most beautiful and oldest towns. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, Cochem is made up of half-timbered houses, scurrying streets and medieval gates under the steady watch of the romantic Reichsburg Castle. We next visit Koblenz, a beautiful location at the junction of the Moselle and Rhine. The old town boasts numerous well-preserved historic attractions, from the spectacular fortress of Ehrenbreitstein to the Neoclassical Koblenz Schloss, built in 1786.

Day 3

Shortly after breakfast, we visit Rüdesheim for free time. Located in the Rhine River Gorge, it is a picturesque winemaking town, most famous for its production of Asbach Brandy, which has been in production for over one hundred years. This afternoon, we take you to Wiesbaden. Designed to be a place of well-being, luxury and beauty, you can enjoy exploring the city's grand architecture from neo-classical to Art Nouveau. Afterwards, we return to our hotel to prepare for this evening's New Year's Eve festivities! A magnificent fireworks display will follow our evening meal!

Day 4

Enjoy your New Year's Day in the comfort of our resort. After breakfast, rest and relax in the wellness centre with a whirlpool, sauna and solarium, or enjoy a scenic walk into Kamp-Bornhofen. This friendly village offers traditional timber-framed buildings with a laid-back atmosphere that houses charming cafés, restaurants, and shops.

We wave goodbye to our wonderful German hosts and retrace our footsteps back home.

Our hotel in Kamp-Bornhofen is a 3-minute walk from the River Rhine and offers a spa with sauna, hot tub and solarium, as well as a traditional restaurant with garden terrace and complimentary Wi-Fi. We have been working with the Wagner family now for many years, and each stay guarantees a wonderful experience, with generous hospitality and a home away from home experience.
