Day 1

After our departure, we travel to Trentham Gardens Shopping Village to discover the festive celebrations on offer; you'll also find quirky gift shops, cafes, restaurants and a garden centre to secure those last-minute gifts. We will continue to our hotel, where minced pies, a warming sherry or a hot drink will await you! Following tonight's three-course dinner, our nightly-themed entertainment will get this party started; you'll enjoy music from the 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s each evening, with prizes for the best dressed for your destination each night.

Christmas Eve

Today, we head into Liverpool's exciting city centre to soak up the festive sights, sounds and smells. Our visit will include admission to the world-famous Cavern Club, synonymous with The Beetles who played nearly three hundred times. Back at our hotel, we enjoy another evening of festive fun, fayre and dancing through the decades.

Christmas Day

It's Christmas, so enjoy it as you wish! Enjoy a fun-filled day in the comfort of the hotel, including a delicious Christmas lunch with all the trimmings and a full festive itinerary, complete with carol singing, games, quizzes and movies throughout the day. This evening, there will be a light festive buffet to enjoy, followed by more musical entertainment.

Boxing Day

Following a leisurely start today, we head up to Southport, where you may like to take a bracing stroll along the seafront to blow away the cobwebs. This afternoon, we have arranged tickets for a traditional panto (oh yes, we do!), so take your seats for some rib-tickling festive entertainment. Back at our hotel this evening, our final evening will conclude with more musical memories through the decades.

Day 5

This morning, we bid our hosts a fond farewell, beginning our scenic homeward journey through the Peak District and a lunchtime stop in Buxton along the way.
