Day 1
Travel north into Scotland via a visit to Moffat, a vibrant town offering the warmest of Scottish welcomes, before reaching our hotel.
Day 2
Join us and take a cruise on the beautiful Loch Katrine. A majestic sight within the Trossachs National Park, Loch Katrine is said to be the birthplace of Scottish tourism. Afterwards, sit down for a light lunch beside the water at The Lochside Café. Finally, on our return, we visit the Argaty Red Kites, central Scotland's only red kite feeding station, where you can watch these majestic birds soar, swoop, and dive from a hidden hide!
Day 3
The village of Drymen sits in the hills at the western end of the Campsie Fells, overlooking the Endrick Water as it nears Loch Lomond. Enjoy exploring this beautiful little village in your own time today, which is a great base to see Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park - the oldest National Park in Scotland.
B, DDay 4
We begin our day at the award-winning Scottish Seabird Centre in North Berwick. Situated on the harbour, it's home to almost half of Europe's seabirds. Here, we board our wildlife cruise to Bass Rock and Craigleith Cliffs - this unforgettable trip will take you closer than ever to puffins, grey seals and gannets in their natural habitat. Finally, enjoy a short stop at The Kelpies, the world's grandest equine sculpture, before we return to our hotel.
Day 5
Camera and binoculars at the ready - we're heading on a mountain safari! Travelling through the Perthshire highlands, experience breathtaking views, majestic wildlife, and so much more - there will be no shortage of photo opportunities. Our final experience today will include getting close to Britain's largest native land mammal - the magnificent Red Deer.
Day 6
After a leisurely start this morning, we head to the 'Bonnie Banks' of Loch Lomond to visit the Sealife Centre, rounding off our week of wildlife encounters. Afterwards, there will be some free time at the award-winning Loch Lomond Shores. Whether you decide to feed the ducks and watch ospreys around the loch, take a stroll in the surrounding woodland or indulge in some retail therapy, there's something for everyone here!
