Day 1

We travel to Carlisle to board the world-famous Settle to Carlisle Railway. Running through the awe-inspiring scenery of the Yorkshire Dales and Cumbrian Fells, the Settle - Carlisle Railway is renowned for its colossal Victorian viaducts and long tunnels. Afterwards, we will have free time in Settle before we continue to our overnight hotel.

Day 2

Found on the Sefton Coast, enjoy free time in the charming seaside resort of Southport. Stroll down the seafront and the one-hundred-and-fifty-year-old pier, have some good-fashioned seaside fun or try one of many independent restaurants and cafes. Southport Market hosts a fantastic food hall with a large variety of cuisines. Afterwards, enjoy the scenic drive home through the Peak District.
