Day 1
After departures, we travel north, stopping at Gretna Green. The UK's most famous wedding destination is a quaint village with unique sites, including the Famous Blacksmiths Shop and the Scottish Food Hall. After some free time, we continue to our hotel.
DDay 2
After breakfast today, we travel to Edinburgh late morning to explore 'Auld Reekie' and take in the world-famous Edinburgh Tattoo! Here, you'll have free time to explore Europe's most unique and memorable cities, home to narrow, cobbled passageways, fascinating museums and attractions galore. As dusk falls, it's time to don your tartan as we prepare for the highlight of this break - the sensational Edinburgh Royal Military Tattoo, an unforgettable evening of music, ceremony, theatre, and dance!
BDay 3
Today's full-day excursion first takes us to Stirling, a wee city with a big history, best known for its magnificent castle and connections with Scottish hero William Wallace. On our return, we enjoy a stop at Loch Lomond Shores, a converted watermill now home to a shopping centre and a host of attractions overlooking the 'Bonnie Banks' of this famous loch. We also include a short cruise, taking in the sights from Lomond's famous waters.
B, DDay 4
We begin our journey home with a visit to Moffat, a vibrant, bustling town offering the warmest of Scottish welcomes, on the way. After some free time in this border town, we cross back into England, returning home later today.
